"Perfect locaton right across the metro station and just a 5 minute walk to the beach. The apartment is well equipped with every kitchen utensile you’ll need. The owner provided initial supplies of dish soap, sponges, garbage bags, washer and dishwasher detergent, Nespresso coffee pods, even towels and besch towels. Highly appreciated."

"The apartment was as shown on booking.com. It was a spacious apartment and had all we needed for our stay. The beds were as comfortable as others have stated. The contact with Reda, the host, was great. Any questions were answered within a short while, both before and during our stay. The apartment was very convieniently located. The tram from the airport stopped right outside the front door and it only took about 7 minutes by tram to the center of Nice. There were several bakeries in the area, and larger supermarkets within walking distance. Also, the Promenade des Anglais was 2-3 minutes away, if you wanted to have a nice stroll into town. We can highly recommend the apartment and will for sure stay there again (if possible) on our next trip to Nice."

"The apartment was very comfortable and spacious! The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well equiped. The building felt very safe and secure. It was very close to the esplanade, only a short walk to reach the beach!"

"The apartment was a bit further from the main part of Nice than we thought (eg. Old town, shopping, market, food) but there was everything we needed near by. It was easiest to get into the old town by E-bike which was only 10 mins and a lovely ride along the esplanade!"

"The location was great, getting there from airport and back was easy. It was clean and air con was working, it was fully equipped. When requesting additional bedding for the couch in the living room the owner had the cleaner drop off very quickly. Internet connection was great! Felt safe in the building. One little suggestion is maybe provide more than 1 towel each. With trips to the beach and hot weather, we needed more towels. we’re certainly be back thank you! Also we find 10am checkout a bit early, if the host could consider 11am instead?"
